Thank you for taking the time to look at Reflexion of the Soul. I hope that you will soon feel the benefits of the treatment which led me to study and practice this wonderful therapy.
My name is Imogen, I have been interested in Reflexology for many years after being a case study for a friend of mine who was studying for her Reflexology diploma. At the time I was working at a company where many people including myself were being made redundant and it was a highly stressful and worrying time in my life.
Regular reflexology sessions had an incredible effect on reducing my stress levels and highlighted the importance of embracing a holistic approach to life and looking beyond the immediate symptoms of stress which I was experiencing on a daily basis. I began practicing yoga, meditation and drinking herbal teas to aid relaxation and started to incorporate complementary therapies into my lifestyle.
I decided to study for a diploma in Reflexology as I wanted to work with a therapy which can help to reduce stress and promote relaxation for my clients as I have experienced first-hand, the devastating effects that stress can have on the mind, body and spirit. My case studies included presenting conditions such as stress and anxiety, crohn’s disease, depression, insomnia, low blood pressure and endometriosis, each of my clients has found positive benefits from regular reflexology sessions. I completed over 60 case studies during my course as well as completing a detailed exam on Anatomy and Physiology.
I graduated from The Central London College of Reflexology in February 2011 after 9 months of learning and have since studied and qualified in Continuing Professional Development courses in Reflexology and Fertility, Pregnancy and Indian Head Massage specialisms.
I look forward to hearing from you and treating you one day.
